Our Approach
At Glen Abbot we have a product set from which you can choose the BC package most relevant for your needs. Each package uses a "lifecycle" approach to create Business Continuity Plans that are complete accurate, workable and, most importantly, relevant to the size and nature of your business.
An overview of our approach is outlined as part of our BC-Essentials package. If you would like Glen Abbot to take overall charge of the project, the activities described can be performed by our consultants. Alternatively, you can leverage the skills and experience of our consultants by engaging us as mentors and facilitators to guide your own staff to perform the tasks required to formulate a plan.
For either option the process of plan creation (or existing plan improvement) will be supported by a world class "tool box" of web based software and predefined, but customisable templates that have been proven to meet all relevant standards relating to business continuity management - including BS25999
